Shipping & Delivery
For domestic shipping, we offer 3 options. Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose:

1. Standard Flat Rate shipping- Usually the cheapest shipping option. Please note that it may take 1-2 more days to ship with this option.

2. UPS- Shipping rates are determined according to the weight and destination of the package. Orders are shipped promptly, usually within 1 business day, unless an item is on back order.

3. Free In-Store Pick Up

International orders are shipped with USPS shipping. Rates are determined according to the weight and destination of the package.

If an item is listed out of stock, it may be on back order so we will wait a few days to receive it until we ship the order. If the item is unavailable, we will ship the rest of the items in the order, minus that item.

Orders can be expected to be delivered between 2-8 business days, unless Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select Air Shipping is requested.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order when your order is processed and when it has been shipped.

Please note: When ordering an item with personalization, it may take up to 1 week before the order will be ready for shipping.

We guarantee that every transaction made at will be 100% safe. We use advanced SSL encryption; the best security available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your email address will not be sold or shared with any other company. It is merely a means for us to keep you updated on your order status, problems with your order, or for contacting you for more information as it relates to your order.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
At, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order or if it is defective, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for exchange, store credit or full refund. For exchanges, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. Items returned by mail must be postage prepaid and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged in the original packaging.

Please note: Sale, seasonal, specialty, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned. This includes Shofars (unless the shofar is defective), Lulav and Esrog sets and Matzah. Mezuzot and Tefillin sets cannot be returned once they are opened.

Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Alternatively you can return your order directly in our store.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged on applicable items shipped within the State of NY. If you are a tax-deductible organization, please call us with your tax-exempt number in advance.
We offer discounts to Shluchim. Before you order, create an account online and contact us to adjust your account to a "Shluchim Account". You will then automatically receive your discount.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
